The Process.

To ensure our customers get the guidance and information they need when considering King & Brooks Solar Energy to install a PV Solar System at their home or business, we’ve created a simple 4-step guide which details how we work, so you know what you can expect from us.

First contact

We welcome you to contact us via phone call, text message, email or by completing our online form. We are reliable and approachable and will always get back to you. From there, we can get the ball rolling and look at the next steps to move forward.

Information

We endeavour to provide all our clients with the information they need to make a decision prior to investment. We provide full designs on each unique system, which consider the system and user, meaning you’ll only get information that’s relevant to you and your installation. Should they be needed, we handle all applications required to start the job, offering peace of mind for everyone involved before we begin and mitigating paperwork for our clients.

Delivery

We pride ourselves on the efficient workforce we have built. Our clients can be sure that they have made the right decision when they choose King & Brooks Solar Energy for their Solar PV installations.

We’re approachable and always happy to interact with others on site. From existing to potential clients, and other trades we find ourselves working alongside, we handle each job with care and precision. Our installations are carried out to the highest standards, and we ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Handover

After your Solar PV system is installed, we do a full run through of the job with the client. We’ll demonstrate the controls, monitoring equipment and isolation points, ensuring our client is happy with the system and workmanship.

In terms of paperwork such as warranties, job notifications and certification, we’ll build a handover pack that’s bespoke to the client and contains all documentation for the new system. We’re always happy to help, and after the system is up and running, we’ll remain on hand to answer any questions the client may have and help where required.
